I had a friend once who was all about the beverages. She would have two or three drinks out at one time. Coffee and orange juice and water all took center stage at her breakfast table. Tea and an energy drink and a bottle of water would all grace her lunch table, and dinner would be wine and water and decaf coffee.

That’s a lot of liquid.

Some drinks help your hormones. Some drinks don’t help your hormones.

Since I’m more in the helping hormones camp, I like to use beverages for good and not evil.
