This is where I come in.
I’ve spent over a decade helping midlife women understand what’s actually happening in their bodies, using functional lab testing, real data, and strategies that fit into real life. After supporting women through this season, I’ve seen the pattern is always the same: this isn’t a willpower issue, it’s a midlife body shifting under stress and hormonal change.
My background includes training hundreds of practitioners as the former Director of Education for Functional Diagnostic Nutrition and teaching advanced lab interpretation at the university level. What that means for you is simple: I know how to read what your body is saying and turn it into a clear and achievable plan.
My work starts with foundations like nutrition, circadian rhythm, minerals, and nervous system support, then layers in more advanced tools when appropriate. My clients lose an average of 20.3 pounds in my program– before we even add peptides.
