After finding Functional Diagnostic Nutrition and rebuilding my own health through data, nourishment, and balance, I made it my mission to help other women do the same.     I don’t want my kids growing up thinking motherhoo I don’t want my kids growing up thinking motherhood means a woman puts herself last until there’s nothing left of her. I also don’t want them seeing someone’s who’s overly obsessed with putting herself first.

I’ve had four kids, I’m in the best shape of my life, and I’ve coached hundreds of women who thought their body was ”too far gone” until they finally started following a plan that actually worked for where they are now.
