hello!

I'm Jennifer

I didn’t grow up dreaming about a career, I dreamed about being a mom. But years of striving, perfectionism, and pushing myself to exhaustion left my hormones wrecked, my gut inflamed, and my body begging for change. After finding Functional Diagnostic Nutrition and rebuilding my own health through data, nourishment, and balance, I made it my mission to help other women do the same. I now guide women to restore their bodies through holistic lab testing, ancestral nutrition, rest, and sustainable self-care, because a balanced body makes for a balanced babe.

Apparently we’re terrified of p3p tides and liftin Apparently we’re terrified of p3p tides and lifting weights, but somehow obesity gets treated like the less controversial option 🙃

P3p tides aren’t some completely foreign substance your body has never seen before. They’re short chains of amino acids, and many naturally occurring p3p tides already act as signaling molecules in your body. They help regulate things like metabolism, hormones, growth, inflammation, and other biological processes.

Now, does “naturally occurring” automatically mean every p3p tide is appropriate for everyone? Absolutely not. But I’m also not going to pretend the entire category is reckless just because the internet decided the word “p3p tide” sounds scary.

I care about the actual research, the risks, the benefits, the source, and whether it makes sense for the individual woman sitting in front of me!
No bills, 8+ hours of sleep, outside all day, zero No bills, 8+ hours of sleep, outside all day, zero clue what cortisol was.

Peak wellness, actually.
If you’re on a p3p tide and barely eating protein, If you’re on a p3p tide and barely eating protein, not lifting, and expecting the peppie to do all the work… you’re doing this halfway.

I don’t care how fast the scale drops if you’re losing muscle right along with it.

I want fat loss, yes. But I also want you strong, eating enough protein, training in a way that actually supports your body, and not ending up lighter but weaker.

A pep tide can help, I’m not anti pep tide. Obviously.

But it does not replace the part where you still have to care about your habits.

You still have to give a damn about protein, muscle, and about what you’re doing once the protocol is no longer doing the heavy lifting.

This is literally why I created the Body Edit.

It’ll teach you how to use pep tides as part of a smarter fat-loss strategy, how to protect your muscle while you’re losing weight, and how to actually build the foundations you need so the protocol isn’t the only thing holding your progress together.

Comment EDIT and I’ll send it to you rn 👀
Most “pep tide experts” won’t tell you this becaus Most “pep tide experts” won’t tell you this because they rarely know what to do when the scale stops moving.

And no, automatically increasing your dose isn’t the answer.

Neither is eating even less, adding more cardio, or deciding your pep tide suddenly “stopped working.”

A plateau is usually where I start looking harder at everything happening around the pep tide.

Are you eating enough? Are you actually getting enough protein to protect your muscle? Are you strength training? Are you hydrated and getting enough electrolytes? How are you sleeping? How are you handling stress and recovery?

Because a higher dose won’t fix a strategy with holes in it.

When I hit my own plateau about eight months into my pep tide protocol, I still had around five pounds I wanted to lose. I didn’t need to starve myself harder. I needed to adjust my meal structure, protein, hydration, electrolytes, recovery, strength training, and the way I was tracking progress.

That’s exactly why I created The Pep tide Plateau Protocol.

It gives you a four-week structure with my 4-4-4 plate method, protein, vegetable and fruit lists, a hydration and electrolyte protocol, nervous-system support, higher-protein fast-food options for real life, and a tracker so you can actually see what’s happening instead of guessing.

If your weight has stalled on a pep tide or after cycling off one, comment ”PLATEAU” and I’ll send you the protocol.
EPISODE 59: (Part 1) Your Biggest P@p tide Q&A! We EPISODE 59: (Part 1) Your Biggest P@p tide Q&A! Weight loss, Brain Fog, Anti-Aging & Skin with Samantha Lander @seefitliving

In this episode, I’m joined by one of our favorite returning guests, Samantha Lander, for a fun and candid Q&A dedicated entirely to your p€p tide questions.
Samantha is a FDN Practitioner, certified personal trainer, holistic lifestyle coach, and p€p tide educator who works with women and men to improve their health from the inside out. Together, we tackle some of the most common questions and concerns we hear about p€p tides, from whether certain p€p tides are appropriate with a history of cancer to using p€p tides for metabolism, brain fog, recovery, and healthy aging.
We also dive into the importance of starting with the foundations before relying on p€p tides, why lower doses may sometimes be more appropriate, how Samantha approaches cycling p€p tides with her clients, and why the goal shouldn’t simply be to suppress appetite or chase weight loss.
And, as always with Samantha, expect plenty of real-world clinical experience, honest opinions, and a few entertaining tangents along the way.
In this episode, we cover:
✅ Whether growth hormone p€p tides are appropriate for people with cancer or a history of cancer
✅ How Samantha uses bioregulators to support areas like sleep, cortisol, adrenal function, and thyroid health
✅ Using Epitalon and Pinealon as part of a sleep and circadian rhythm protocol
✅ Why Samantha prefers lower-dose G L P 1 approaches with many of her clients
✅ The difference between appetite suppression and achieving appetite balance
✅ Why metabolism doesn’t necessarily “quit” when you turn 40
✅ How p€p tides like A O D, 5 Amino 1 M Q, Reta, and Tirze can fit into a broader metabolic strategy
✅ Why cycling off G L P 1s and focusing on mitochondrial health may be important
✅ The connection between gut health and brain fog
✅ P€p tides and other approaches Samantha uses for cognitive support
I went into this hoping I’d notice less shedding. I went into this hoping I’d notice less shedding.

What surprised me was how different my hair actually looked after just one month.

It looked healthier, stronger, fuller, and just overall way less tired than it had before. And no I’m not pretending 30 days magically fixed years of hair issues.

Hair growth takes time, which is exactly why I pay attention to the smaller changes first. Less shedding, better texture, stronger-looking strands, and how my hair is behaving day to day can tell me a lot before I ever see dramatic new growth.

I’ve spent years wearing extensions and trying to make my hair look better from the outside, so seeing my actual hair start looking healthier without needing to cover it up felt pretty damn good.

If your hair has been thinning, shedding more, breaking easily, or just looking weaker than it used to, I’d stop assuming another expensive shampoo is going to fix it! Your hair needs the right support from the inside too.

Comment ”SPARKLE” and I’ll send you the hair protocol I’m currently following👀🔥
Which brings me to my next point… Never mind. It’ Which brings me to my next point…

Never mind. It’ll come back to me at 2:17am tonight. 😂
I’m not interested in making health decisions base I’m not interested in making health decisions based on whether something sounds “natural” enough for the internet. I care about whether it makes sense for me, whether I understand the risks and benefits, and whether I’m using it as one tool inside a much bigger plan. And PS- most peppies are natural- your body already makes them!

These tools are obviously not the whole strategy but I’m also not going to pretend using one somehow means you took the easy way out.

You still need a plan for your protein, muscle, blood sugar, sleep, and what you’re actually going to do with the opportunity the tool gives you.

That’s exactly why I created The Body Edit. It gives you the structure around the tool so you’re not just focused on losing weight, you’re focused on supporting your body while you do it.

Comment EDIT and I’ll send it to you. 👀
