1. Vital Proteins Beauty Collagen In Tropical Hibiscus

“How can I get more protein”? is a question I commonly get. I’m a big fan of protein, and a big of of simplicity. The tropical hibiscus flavor of this collagen powder is not too sweet. It’s bright and summery and a delicious way to get your protein- 11 grams in one sleeve. With hyaluranic acid for skin health and a bit of bacillus probiotic for gut health, it will be the tastiest way you’ll get your protein in each day.

2. Collagen Latte Hot Cocoa

If you’re in the mood for more of a soothing wintry beverage, look no further. The collagen Latte Hot Cocoa is for you if you’re trying to keep away from coffee but you still want some that soothing, steamy experience you get from your favorite caffeinated beverage. You’ll get 10 grams of protein, some fat-burning MCT oil, and an additional surprise- ashwaganda! This calming beverage is perfect first thing in the morning or right before bed. Add in some almond, oat, or rice milk for a dairy free treat.

3. Branch Basics Starter Kit

Many of our standard cleaning products clean your home or body but wreck your microbiome. Toxins can seep through your skin and get stored in the body. Some household cleaning supplies are even linked to the development of cancer. I bet you’re like me, and you’re spraying down counters and stoves and tables every day. I stopped using toxic cleaning products years ago, and I like the simplicity of this all-in-one kit from Branch Basics.

The Starter Kit + Oxygen Boost has everything you need for cleaning your home, doing laundry, and washing your hands and body. Includes one 33 oz. Concentrate, three empty spray bottles, one Foaming Wash bottle, one Laundry bottle and one Oxygen Boost.

4. DoTerra Oregano Oil

I am obsessed with oregano oil. My girlfriend Nicole introduced me to this book years ago and I have been grateful ever since. I won’t lie- the taste is awful. But it is so very good for your immune system. Warning: mix straight oregano oil with olive oil like this: 10 parts olive oil to 1 part oregano oil. It be strong stuff.

Oregano oil, dropped down the throat (diluted, remember!) will kill any sore throat and stop most infections in their tracks. Read the book I referenced for more information. But any time anyone in my family has the slightest throat tickle, they are getting the ‘oil 4x/ day, 3-4 drops at a time.

5. Collagen Boosting Face Oil

I will use Jason Vitamin E cream or an oil like this luscious one from Sumbody. You only need a tiny bit, and it moisturizes your face (and the backs of hands, actually!) better than a cream. It lasts forever. Try it alone or under makeup. I also love that it is unapologetically natural. It has carrot oil- you know how I love my carrots!

So thankful for you 🙂 Many of you reach out to chat with me after a blog strikes you one way or another, and that always makes my whole week. I am thankful for this small outlet of writing and researching and creativity and connection that I get with you. Have a wonderful day with friends and family, virtually or in person. Hugs 🙂
