Ten Tips for the Best Sleep of Your Life

Sometimes I can’t stay asleep. There are those that can’t fall asleep- that used to be me. But now, it’s more of a wake-in-the-middle-of-the-night sort of thing. I know why- when the adrenals are stressed (work, homeschool, mom, wife- anyone else?) the body will wake in the middle of the night to seek nourishment.

It can also be a blood sugar problem. If I am dealing with blood sugars that are too high, I’ll wake up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

If I drink wine that evening, I’ll wake up in the middle of the night.

I know all of these things. Sometimes I still ignore my own advice and do things that will ensure a poor night’s sleep.

You might do the same.

I’m sharing my top ten tips for getting the best sleep of your life on this webinar, previously recorded with Bakersfield Young Professionals, the coolest group of young professionals I know.

I’m curious to know your tips. What helps you get and stay asleep?

Melatonin is one of my favorite sleep aids and is a powerful antioxidant in the body The timed release formulation I recommend helps you not only get asleep, but stay asleep, and that’s the important thing for me these days.
