Healthy Holiday Treats

Hi friends!

It’s only a week until Christmas and we are in full-on holiday mode over here. The presents are almost wrapped (I watch The Crown while wrapping presents every year), the deep pit beef is ordered from the carniceria down the street, the trees got trimmed this week, and my mom and sister will come over in a few days to bake Christmas cookies. I love this time of year!

It’s been awhile since I got to visit my KBAK family, but this week we did a quick segment on Healthy Holiday Treats. I’m sharing it with you below.

Just a note, my colleague and friend Heather pointed out that these bars are not, in fact, Paleo as they contain oats. She is right! While they’re not actually ancestral and paleo, they are no-bake and also very delicious. Rebecca and I ended up eating the entire batch ourselves.

We also made some super easy Santa Claus Skewers. They are so adorable and your kids can make them with you! You only need three ingredients, and there is no cooking with this recipe either.
