Who the heck is Jennifer Woodward?

She’s a Board Certified Functional Wellness Coach and a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner who is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Integrative Nutrition. She has four busy kids and is married to her childhood sweetheart and partner in crime, Beau. She recently completed a semester-long guest lecture spot in Endocrinology for the graduate program at Parker University. She loves all things hormones and also loves Ultimate Frisbee. Mostly, she’s a mom and wife and busy business owner and knows exactly what it’s like to feel stretched to the max.
