We’re wrapping up another 28 Day Reset, and it’s always a little bittersweet for me to say goodbye.

This group was extra amazing, though, and I loved our time together.

While we work on diet, of course, we also work on a few other things on the Reset.

One of these things is the concept of “Leisure Time”.

I’ll ask my new clients what they like to do for fun, and most of the time I get this look:

And I get sad. Because fun should be part of life.

But often, it’s not. This isn’t because we aren’t fun anymore.

We are so fun, damn it.

This is because we have to adult. We have to cook and clean and drive and work and do and be and all of the other things. We don’t have time for fun.

But I challenged my Resetters to really dig deep and find some old loves that could be resurrected for the sheer joy of indulging in leisure time.

And these are some of the things they came up with.

PS- these are women just like you. They have families, careers, homeschools, philanthropy, workouts, and a to-do list as long as life itself. But they decided to make leisure time a priority. And I am so proud of their hard work! Leisure time makes for happy hormones.

It’s also actually associated with lower all-cause mortality, So it’s wise to start to work it in to your day. What are you going to do first?
