Sometimes you just want your hormones to calm down.

I’m introducing you to my Seed Cycling Dots (great for Better Periods!) and you’ll be sipping on the Herbal Hormone Tonic each night. You’ll get three meals a day, plus a snack. And each night, you’ll get a treat! Seriously. Every night. You’ll never go hungry and you’ll still likely lose weight.

This is the backbone of our program. Yes, you can make changes to your diet and your lifestyle. You can sleep more and deal with stress better. But you really make progress when you’re in community. I see more changes happen in a shorter period of time with my group coaching classes than I do with private clients. It’s amazing, really. There is so much that happens when you’re with a group of incredible women who are pursuing the same goals that you’re pursuing. We have friendly competition, plenty of encouragement, and by the end we all feel like family.

Beautiful Printable Journal

I had one of my Repeat Resetters come up with this idea for me. She said she hated journals and wouldn’t normally use them. But when I showed her this journal, she changed her mind. Journaling (even if you’re not into it normally!) is an important part of the daily routine at Better Periods, and you’ll get this gorgeous printable journal to use again and again. Send it to your favorite print shop if you want, or use a text editor to write in it digitally.
