Cramp-Free Period Energy Bites

This week,  I’m sharing a small revelation I had over my last menstrual cycle.

It looked like this: I added in more chocolate and flax. And I had zero cramps. Even while traveling and having a bit of a more stressful month.

You can eat these Bites all month long, but if you’re in your luteal phase, substitute 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds in place of 1/4 cup of oats. However,  if your period is relatively normal (28-32 days, low clotting, no spotting in between) just eating this core recipe every day can be beneficial for you.
