hello!

I'm Jennifer

I didn’t grow up dreaming about a career, I dreamed about being a mom. But years of striving, perfectionism, and pushing myself to exhaustion left my hormones wrecked, my gut inflamed, and my body begging for change. After finding Functional Diagnostic Nutrition and rebuilding my own health through data, nourishment, and balance, I made it my mission to help other women do the same. I now guide women to restore their bodies through holistic lab testing, ancestral nutrition, rest, and sustainable self-care, because a balanced body makes for a balanced babe.

Your clients are already asking about pep tides. Your clients are already asking about pep tides.

Google, TikTok, Reddit, their friend’s hormone clinic, some guy with a podcast and a discount code.

And this is where practitioners have a choice. You can keep pretending the conversation is not happening, or you can learn how to lead it responsibly.

Pep tides are not just a “new tool” conversation. They are a business conversation too.

When I added pep tides to my practice, I was able to expand my offer, serve clients at a higher level, and build consistent 5-figure months without adding a million more client calls to my calendar.

Not by being reckless or by throwing random protocols at people.

By learning the tool, understanding the foundations, knowing when it fits, and knowing how to talk about it in a way that builds trust instead of confusion.

This is exactly why we created Pep tides for Practitioners course.

Because if your clients trust you with their hormones, labs, thyroid, gut, metabolism, and midlife health, they would probably rather learn about pep tides from you than from a stranger on TikTok at 1 AM.

And if you want your practice to grow, your offer has to grow too.

”Calories matter.” Yes babe nobody said they don’ ”Calories matter.”

Yes babe nobody said they don’t.

But if your insulin is a dumpster fire, your thyroid is limping along, and your muscle is disappearing while you’re eating like a toddler maybe we should look a little deeper than MyFitnessPal.

This is where midlife women get played.

They’re told to cut more food, walk more steps, do more cardio, try harder, drink more water, and “be patient.” meanwhile their labs are waving a red flag the size of Texas. 👀 STOP THE MADNESS.

I’ve watched women spend years blaming themselves when the answer was sitting right there in their markers. Blood sugar, thyroid, inflammation, hormones, minerals, muscle, stress load.

Once you see it, you can stop throwing spaghetti at the wall and calling it wellness.

The Body Edit is the plan I wish more women had before they spent another year fighting their body with the wrong tools.

It’s the framework I use with my midlife clients to lose stubborn weight, get their energy back, sleep again, and feel bomb in their own body. And yes, it’s labs, peppies, nutrition, exercise- The New Midlife in a single guide. You’re damn right you need it.

EPISODE 51: From MTHFR to Breast Cancer - How P@p EPISODE 51: From MTHFR to Breast Cancer - How P@p tides Helped Me Reclaim My Health with Jessica Loftis @jessicaloftis.jfit

In this episode, I’m joined by Jessica Loftis, health coach, p@p tide advocate, and founder of Body by JFit, to talk about her deeply personal journey through chronic inflammation, discovering her MTHFR status, navigating p@p tide therapy, and ultimately receiving a breast cancer diagnosis.

Jessica shares how years of cravings, swelling, painful cycles, and feeling disconnected from her body led her to explore genetics, lifestyle changes, environmental factors, and eventually p@p tides. She opens up about how p@p tide therapy became part of her wellness routine before her diagnosis, the decisions she made after learning she had cancer, and the importance of becoming an active participant in your own healthcare journey.

We also talk about the emotional side of healing, balancing faith with uncertainty, and what it means to trust yourself while making difficult health decisions.

In this episode, we cover:
✅ Jessica’s early signs of inflammation and how cravings shaped her relationship with food
✅ Living with MTHFR and understanding that genes are not destiny
✅ Simple environmental and lifestyle changes she made to support her health
✅ Why she became interested in p@p tide therapy and her early experience with it
✅ The unexpected timing of beginning p@p tides before her breast cancer diagnosis
✅ Her perspective on inflammation, body composition, and metabolic health
✅ Conversations with her oncology team and making informed treatment decisions
✅ Alternative and complementary therapies she explored during recovery
✅ The role faith played throughout her cancer journey
✅ Building a “Champion Mindset” during difficult seasons of life
✅ Why Jessica believes education and advocacy are essential in healthcare
✅ What excites her most about the future of p@p tides and helping others

i’ve literally been waiting for this one to drop. You’re going to want to listen.

I learned very early that people’ll always have op I learned very early that people’ll always have opinions about women’s bodies.

Too much weight, not enough discipline, too strong, too thin, too obsessed, too old to care, too vain if you do care.

I have been hearing body commentary since I was a child.

My grandparents literally offered me $20 to lose 20 pounds. TRUE EFFING STORY.

So no, Karen from Facebook is not taking me out today.

But that’s also why I care so much about this work.
I know what it’s like to feel ashamed about your body and lacking hope that things will ever change.

SPOILER: THINGS CHANGED. Women are all excited about new compounds and tools but they don’t realize they are using them completely wrong.

I’m going to help you how to use them right. Bye, Brenda.

Comment ”FIX” to get the A-Z guide on how to use these miracle molecules the right way so you can actually get good results.
I know this annoys people but I’m gonna to say it I know this annoys people but I’m gonna to say it anyway!

Most midlife women were sold a damn bill of lies by their doctors and by Instagram circa 2019.

The same woman who could skip breakfast, run on coffee, do a little cardio, cut dinner in half, and “bounce back” at 28 is now 40 and wondering why the exact same approach is making her feel worse.

That is the part nobody wants to talk about.

Perimenopause changes the rules. We have to worry about things like blood sugar, muscle mass, sleep, and stress now- in ways we didn’t have to in our 30s.

So when a woman tells me she is doing everything right and gaining weight anyway, I don’t really think she needs to try harder. I know exactly what TF is going on. And I have a solution. Spoiler alert- it’s everything I’ve always used to get women to lose weight and feel amazing plus the expert addition of the coolest new tool that you haven’t tried yet but that works almost 100% of the time- and yup, I’ll say it- MOST WOMEN ARE USING THESE WRONG.

The Body Edit is the plan I wish more midlife women had before they spent another year blaming themselves.

It’s the framework I use with every single client, in one place.

⭐️ Comment EDIT and I’ll send you The Body Edit
