    I’m a hormone practitioner, yes. But I’m also a wo I’m a hormone practitioner, yes. But I’m also a woman who knows peace does not come from another supplement. It comes from Him.

And I think sometimes we forget that. We are so quick to search for the next thing that will fix us, calm us, optimize us, regulate us, help us sleep, help us lose weight, help us feel like ourselves again … and I am not against any of that. You know I love labs, minerals, food, strength, sleep, and understanding what your body is trying to tell you.

But there is a kind of peace that no protocol can give you. There is a kind of rest that does not come from doing everything perfectly.

There is a kind of healing that starts when you finally stop carrying what God never asked you to carry alone.

I have had seasons where I did all the “right” things and still felt my chest tight, my mind racing, my body bracing, and my heart trying to control every outcome. And every single time, the answer was not more striving but to surrender. Prayer is part of my health and reading scripture is part of my nervous system support.

Faith is part of how I come back to peace when my flesh wants to spiral.
