hello!

I'm Jennifer

I didn’t grow up dreaming about a career, I dreamed about being a mom. But years of striving, perfectionism, and pushing myself to exhaustion left my hormones wrecked, my gut inflamed, and my body begging for change. After finding Functional Diagnostic Nutrition and rebuilding my own health through data, nourishment, and balance, I made it my mission to help other women do the same. I now guide women to restore their bodies through holistic lab testing, ancestral nutrition, rest, and sustainable self-care, because a balanced body makes for a balanced babe.

The fact that women are spending thousands on well The fact that women are spending thousands on wellness and still don’t know their fasting insulin is wild to me.

And I mean wild!!

You can buy the supplements, book the sauna, track your steps, eat the organic food, do the workouts, and still be completely missing the thing that’s driving the whole damn issue.

Fasting insulin tells us so much about how your body is handling blood sugar, storing fat, responding to food, and managing energy. And yet most women (including you?😉) have never had it checked.

So no, I’m not impressed by a wellness plan that skips the basics. I want the data and a proven foundation before we throw another fancy $300 supplement stack at the problem.

Once you know what is actually happening under the hood, everything gets clearer.

Want my exact method to lose weight, sleep better, and feel amazing in midlife, with or without pept!des?

Comment EDIT and I’ll send you the guide that’s helped 1,400+ women do exactly that.

The guide that fixes food noise, fatigue, and fat? The guide that fixes food noise, fatigue, and fat?

I put my heart, soul, and 11 years of clinical work with the (beautiful complicated unicorn that is a) midlife woman on my mind. Here’s everything I do for my private clients, wrapped up into a comprehensive and no-nonsense guide.

It included every single thing I do in my TOOL stack that has me down 18# at 43 years old, feeling the r best I’ve felt in years.

⭐️ Comment BODY to grab The Body Edit.
Ok let me tell you something I wish more women und Ok let me tell you something I wish more women understood. 👇

You do not have to choose between helping your clients get better results and building the life you actually want. I know that sounds cute on Instagram but I mean it in the most practical way possible.

I’m 43 with multiple kids, a full clinical practice, a business, a marriage, laundry, groceries, teenagers needing 47 things at once, and somehow I am also in the best shape of my life while building a practice that actually supports my life. 🤣

I did not burn everything down or start from scratch. I added the right vehicle to what I was already doing, and for me, that vehicle was p@p tides.

Nope, not random protocols from Google, not guessing based on what someone said in a Facebook group or throwing G L P 1s at everyone and hoping for the best lol.

I mean actually understanding the science, safety, scope, strategy, and business side of integrating p@p tides into an existing functional practice.

That is what changed everything for me.

So ya, this is attainable. And if your brain immediately goes, “okay but where do I even start?” that is exactly why I built this.

Comment ”PRACTITIONER” and I’ll send you the details on how to get started. 🌿
Order of operations. This is what I spend my whole Order of operations. This is what I spend my whole day thinking about so you don’t have to. 🤣

Jumping on a p@p tide protocol before protein is dialed in, starting a strength program before cortisol is addressed, trying to lose fat while ferritin is at 10 and your thyroid is running on fumes.

When we build in the right order the results come faster and they actually stick. Skip the foundation and you are just spinning expensive wheels!

She was doing 90 minutes of cardio a day and gaini She was doing 90 minutes of cardio a day and gaining weight... I’ve seen this so many times and it never gets less frustrating to watch. 🫠

When you do too much cardio your cortisol stays elevated, and muscle breaks down faster than it builds.

Your body basically reads the whole thing as a threat it needs to survive, not a workout it can recover from.

What we changed had nothing to do with adding more movement.

We added strength training to replace the long cardio sessions, increased her protein, and made recovery days actual non-negotiables. We also finally pulled her labs and addressed what was actually driving the problem.

Just 4 months later her body composition had shifted more than it had in 2 full years of daily cardio. Same woman but a completely different approach!

If you’ve been grinding away with nothing to show for it, I understand what you’re going through and you’re not alone! I’ve helped thousands of women in the same situation.

Comment EDIT and I’ll send you The Body Edit. It covers exactly how to build the foundation that actually changes your body after 40.

I’m really, really proud of him and just wanted to share 🤩 if you’re a mama, you get it.
Today I got my first DEXA scan at age 43. I’m plea Today I got my first DEXA scan at age 43. I’m pleased to report all of my numbers look good 😊

I’m especially excited about my muscle mass and bone density score, which Bill of @bodyfatclinic bodyfatclinic told me can only be achieved through a nutrient dense diet.

Here’s what I’m doing to get these results-
✅ 100+ grams of protein a day
✅ plenty of carbs, especially fruit
✅ walking 7-10k steps each day
✅ lifting heavy weights for 30-45 min 3x/week

This isn’t sponsored, it’s just something I’ve wanted to do for a long time. Bako friends, this is an awesome place to go! I made a next day appointment online and the whole process, including a thoughtful and thorough explanation, was done in under 45 minutes.

I’m especially excited to report that even though I’ve been on a a micro 🌶️ tide for 19 months and counting, my body fat is ideal and so is my muscle, visceral fat, and bone density.

Thank you Bill!

⭐️ Send this to your bestie on 🌶️ tides- get that data, girls!
