hello!

I'm Jennifer

I didn’t grow up dreaming about a career, I dreamed about being a mom. But years of striving, perfectionism, and pushing myself to exhaustion left my hormones wrecked, my gut inflamed, and my body begging for change. After finding Functional Diagnostic Nutrition and rebuilding my own health through data, nourishment, and balance, I made it my mission to help other women do the same. I now guide women to restore their bodies through holistic lab testing, ancestral nutrition, rest, and sustainable self-care, because a balanced body makes for a balanced babe.

Everyone, it’s been a long ride, and I wanted to t Everyone, it’s been a long ride, and I wanted to thank you all personally before I leave…

your “I’m too old to lose weight” excuse behind🫢🤣

Turning 45, 50 or 55 didn’t suddenly make fat loss impossible.

If you’re still using the same strategy you used in your 20s, barely lifting, under-eating protein, sleeping like crap and then blaming your birth year, I’m going to call it what it is.

Your age changed, so your strategy needs to change with it.

This is exactly why I created The Body Edit. I teach you how to approach fat loss in midlife with a plan built around muscle, protein, blood sugar, recovery and the changes your body is going through now.

You’re not too old, you’re just overdue for a better strategy.

Check the link in my bio if you want access to it today. 👀

Fellow coaches and health professionals! 📢 Here’ Fellow coaches and health professionals! 📢

Here’s a glimpse into my segment of The Future of Health Coaching Virtual Retreat, happening September 20-24.

My session is called “Beyond GLP1s: What Health Coaches Need to Know about Peptides” and this clip gives you a little peek. 🫣

The whole retreat has been intentionally kept small and digestible: a carefully chosen lineup of speakers, short sessions, and plenty of room to actually think about what you’re hearing instead of racing to “keep up.”

Plus, it’s a retreat, so there will be opportunities to connect with other health coaches and have conversations together.

I did not just publicly drag a client on Instagram I did not just publicly drag a client on Instagram 🤣🫢

But every single thing I mentioned about The Body Edit is real.

This is not just a PDF telling you to eat more protein and get your steps in.

It’s a full 12-part midlife fat loss + p3p tide strategy with the meal plan, grocery lists, lab guide, strength plan, home workouts, symptom quiz, lifestyle checklist and the actual strategy behind protecting your muscle while losing fat.

Basically, I packed in everything I wish women had BEFORE they started throwing random supplements, diets, cardio and pep tides at the problem.

And yes, I used fake internet drama to flex it.

I know my audience 😭

🥂 Episode 60 tho! Can you believe it?!

EPISODE 60: (Part 2) Your Biggest Pep tide Q&A! Lipomas, RA, Bariatric Surgery & More with Samantha Lander

In this episode, I’m joined by Samantha Lander — an FDN practitioner, international best-selling author, professional DJ, and adjunct professor at My P@p tide University — for part 2 of our Q&A series. We’re answering more questions from our community about G L P 1s, p@p tide therapy, inflammation, nervous system regulation, rheumatoid arthritis, bariatric surgery, weight loss plateaus, and growth hormone peptides.
If you’ve ever wondered what to do when a G L P 1 stops working, which p@p tides may support inflammation and tissue repair, or how to approach p@p tides after bariatric or weight-loss surgery, this episode covers a lot of ground.
In this episode, we cover:
✅ What to do when G L P 1s stop working or weight loss plateaus
✅ Why more G L P 1 isn’t necessarily better
✅ Peptides discussed for inflammation and tissue repair, including B P C 157 and T B 500
✅ Thy mosin Alp ha 1 and immune support
✅ Peptide considerations for rheumatoid arthritis (RA)
✅ What to consider when dealing with lipomas and dysregulated fatty tissue
✅ P@ptides and recovery after bariatric surgery or weight-loss surgery
✅ Why G L P 1s may need to be introduced carefully after bariatric surgery
✅ Gut health, SIBO, motility, and inflammation after surgery
✅ Growth hormone secretagogues including Ser more lin, C J C, Ipa, and Tesa
✅ Why some people experience bloating or water retention with Tesa
✅ P@p tides and nervous system regulation when you feel stuck in fight-or-flight
✅ Se lank, oxy tocin, breathwork, magnesium, minerals, and other strategies discussed for nervous system support
✅ Samantha’s experience with EMF exposure and the strategies she uses to reduce it
✅ Why p@p tide protocols should be bio-individual and personalized
✅ Samantha’s work teaching p@p tide education through My P@p tide University
If you’re in your 40s or 50s and your belly fat su If you’re in your 40s or 50s and your belly fat suddenly seems a lot harder to lose, I’d be looking at your insulin sensitivity pretty damn closely.

If you’re becoming more insulin resistant, you’re going to have a harder time using glucose efficiently, controlling hunger, keeping your energy consistent and losing fat.

And yes, you can still lose fat.

But you need to address what’s contributing to the insulin resistance instead of obsessing over one food, one supplement or one number on the scale.

I want you looking at your muscle mass, strength training, protein intake, sleep, meal composition, daily movement and how often you’re spiking your blood sugar throughout the day.

Midlife fat loss gets a whole lot easier when you stop guessing and start working on the things that are directly affecting your metabolism.

I teach you exactly how to do that inside The Body Edit, because you shouldn’t need a degree in nutrition to figure out how to lose fat in your 40s and 50s.

Comment EDIT and I’ll send you the details.
    I mean… you technically don’t HAVE to exercise 😂 I mean… you technically don’t HAVE to exercise 😂

But there are some alternatives I’m personally not very interested in.

Losing muscle every year, getting weaker, watching your bone density drop, making insulin resistance harder to manage, the list goes on. Not to mention struggling to get off the floor, carry your groceries, travel, or keep doing normal life without help.

Exercise in midlife isn’t just about burning calories or making your jeans fit better.

I care way more about whether you’re building enough muscle and strength NOW to protect your independence later.

And no, you don’t need to become a gym girlie who suddenly loves burpees.

Walk, lift weights, get stronger, and keep your muscles working.

You’re training for the 70, 80 and 90-year-old version of you too.

And if fat loss is also one of your goals, this is exactly why strength training is such a big part of what I teach inside The Body Edit.
